SCIENCE
The future of the science enterprise is renewed through a continuous flow of talent into the Nation's science and engineering workforce - talent that embodies certain core skills and competencies derived from education and training shaped by the highest standards of quality. SAIC believes that nothing is more essential to the health of the science enterprise than human resources - the people who are prepared for careers that produce the next generation of knowledge, product, and process in all sectors of the economy. This is why we equipped our school to prepare our children.
MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of St. Athanasius-Immaculate Conception School is to bring salvation to our students and families by teaching, as Jesus did, and by instilling Catholic Christian values in our students. The school is an extension of the Church, a place where young people experience its teachings and traditions. Students are encouraged to embrace a life of faith through prayer, liturgy and example. Through a comprehensive approach to learning, St. Athanasius Immaculate Conception School (SAIC) curriculum ensures a mastery of essential skills and the development of critical thinking. Fundamental skills in core subjects are emphasized in all grades (religion, math, language arts, science, and social studies). Upper grades are departmentalized to provide emphasis on content. The school's goal is to create a Christian environment in which every student reaches his or her potential spiritually, morally, culturally, intellectually, socially, and physically.
