2008-2009 SCHOOL RE-REGISTRATION POLICY

 

This letter concerns re-registration for the school year 2008-2009.  Please read this carefully so that you will be fully informed.

·         2008-2009 Tuition Fees

1 child                         $2750

2 children                    $5000

3 children                    $6300

4 children                    $7500

Scholarships are available for practicing Catholics

Re-Registration Fee Schedule

 There is a re-registration fee which is not part of the tuition and is not-refundable.

Existing Students

·         There is a $100.00 Fund Raiser Fee, per family, per year.

·         All financial obligations must be met before children take part in class trips, graduation exercises, receive report cards, or have academic records released.

·         The first month tuition is also not refundable. Payment must be made by the 15th of each month.  A late fee of $ 15.00 will automatically be added the bill of those who are late.

·         There is an automatic charge of $25.00 for checks returned due to “insufficient funds”.  No postdated checks will be accepted!

The process is as follows:

  • PHASE I – To be completed by Friday March 31, 2008
    • Re-registration of current students is to be completed at the Rectory.
    • The re-registration fee is to be paid at that time.
    • The Rectory form for Church attendance must be completed.
    • A blue Acceptance Form must be filled out.  It will be forwarded to the school. 
    • Any delay in re-registration will cause a higher fee charge.
    • The Rectory staff will notify the school of a student’s return.
    • If tuition is 2 or more months late, the registration fee will no longer guarantee that a seat is saved.

·         PHASE II – Testing of new students

o        We will start to test new students in May.

o        Children who are not re-registered will have their place given to a new student. 

o        Children who have not been registered will be placed on the waiting list.
